Privacy policy

Guestleaf (“we”) provides digital guest guides for vacation rental hosts. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Guide content you enter (property details, Wi-Fi details, rules, contacts, recommendations, cover photo). This content is published at your guide’s link and is visible to anyone who has that link.
- Your email address, only if you add one for recovery or make a purchase. We use it to send sign-in links and receipts, never marketing.
- Payment information is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive your email address and payment status from Stripe to deliver your purchase and provide support.
- Basic technical data such as IP address (used to prevent abuse) and an anonymous view counter for your guide.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data or your guests’ data.
- We don’t use advertising trackers.
- Guests don’t need an account, and we don’t collect personal data from guests beyond standard server logs.
Keep your edit link private
Anyone with your private edit link can change your guide. Don’t share it. Avoid putting information in your guide that you wouldn’t want anyone with the guest link to see.
Deletion
You can delete your guide at any time from the editor. Deletion removes the guide content and images from our database. For other requests, email hello@guestleaf.app.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Stripe (payments).
